I love TranZit. Used to play it everyday with friends, and it brings back the memories. But i had no idea that people actually didn't like it. That also surprised me as hell. "Town" was awesome too. Used to play Town alot. Even more than TranZit tbh. I bought all 4 DLC's for BO2 back then and they were awesome zombies experiences. Nuketown Zombies, Die Rise, Mob of the Dead, Buried, & Origins all brings back memories and nostalgia.

Bruh said that race mode is the one where you chase the meat. Next sentence: "There was also a mode called MEAT. I have no idea what that could've been like." Later on, this is a loading screen for meat. It seems like the meat gets thrown and there are barriers that are blocked off and zombies running after players chasing the meat. Wow that sounds just like race. Bruh was confused

If tranzit was remastered, and had the denizens, fog, and lava removed or changed along with more color, it would be a nice map. Not to mention better buildables

Tranzit was awesome, but could've been better. Had they implemented a perk to negate fog or fire damage that'd be great. Maybe a total clean remaster could fix EVERYTHING that was wrong. The idea and the setting of Tranzit, is awesome; an apocalyptic earth-styled zombie map.

Why I love tranzit is how big it is and how challenging it is. I like how in tranzit we get to play all the areas (town, farm etc...) The electric zombie, the bus, the different things you can do and the easter egg. How you can make portals to move to other locations. You can be by yourself or stay with your team. I really liked it. Challenging.

Bro I liked tranzit. I don't know why so many people hated it. The idea of the bus was cool. It wasn't too complicated like the rituals and the new maps are too small you can't train. Tranzit was good.

I'm pretty sure rush in BO4 is a spiritual successor to what ever that meat/race mode is because how that mode was described is basically how rush works

The whole concept of Tranzit is awesome. Less smoke, lava, keep the fiery ash the falls from the sky, the same look and theme and add more routes and Tranzit would of been prefect. Also the Avogadro was really cool and him just showing up in this apocalyptic world to wreck havoc was a nice touch since this is a bigger map and he does his own thing. Treyarch Just remaster the whole map and do everything you guys wanted to do. Anyone remember when it was though that new routes could open up or that they led to dlc maps.

Imagine a bo2 remaster where they get to add all these gamemodes and reimagine transit 😭 I love bo2 and I think it's still an amazing game, but just imagine if they didn't have any limitations to what they could put into the game.

if tranzit didnt have those head grabber things it would have been epic...given that you had to chose between the bus roof hatch and the galvaknuckles, they could have made the galvaknuckles activate the warp lamps

All they need to do to tranzit to make it good imo is: *Add better variety of weapons *Take out denizens *Make P.A.P. easier to acquire *Better wonder weapon *Decrease amount of lava in the map *Better easter egg *Make bus similar to the tank in origins where you pay to move it instead of it randomly doin it's own thing...

I actually loved Tranzit.

I actually really really enjoyed tranzit. The reason why was because most people found it difficult, and I love challenging maps. To me it came easy, I often run through the fog and I even ran trains in the tunnels to diner. Only thing I didn’t like is that since I like playing public, most people would rage quit so 9 out of 10 times I would end up basically solo or with someone just spectating me the entire time

If they did tranzit again here's what could make it one of the best zombies maps of all time: Remember how in moon they had the PES that could let you breathe? Ya, lets bring that and put it in the power station on tranzit, except a pair of goggles that let's you see much better in the fog. PHD? What? They forgot it? Only if they put it in, lets see, the shed at the diner. Now I can run over lava and take 20% of the lava damage! A M A Z I N G! Denizens? They aren't annoying! My galva knuckles don't need a special ladder to get to, and I can one hit the denizen. YAY Hmm, what was shit again, fog, lava, denizens, I feel like I'm forgetting s... Pack a punch! If we've learned anything from origins, it's that deciphering codes is better than leaving a turbine just to be destroyed! With the help of youtube, I just took the code off the power room wall and used my handy dandy KZfaq conversion chart (Glitching Queen) to open pack a punch forever! Avagadro making the map look like a cat took a dump on a bird he just killed. What? When we kill him he flies back to the sky, restoring the natural blue to it, making the map look muchhh better. (Ok, I still don't know if this is good or not, let me know in comments) A viable wall gun in town? A better wonder weapon that took 10 minutes to build but didn't explode at my feet? The 4th step of the EE upgrades the bus and makes it drives faster and you can call it? WOAH! Maybe I'm dreaming, but this map sounds awesome. And no, it would not be too easy, because you have to work your way to earn these features, like other great maps. If you've made it this far, please, help this map, let's make tranzit great again.

Unfortunately with that three-year development cycle, they never took the time to even bother fleshing out any of these cool game modes for Black Ops 4. Instead, we were left with an over-innovated mess that failed to succeed Black Ops 3, a game that already abandoned the opportunity for more story-telling.

The problem about remaking it is, 90% of the zombie community hates this map for some reason, it would be bad for money and sales if those people heard treyarch is remastering tranzit.

I think they should remaster the map with no lava set in the future where the fire has died out and the crew revisited and we see the aftermath of how it looks after all the fire died out and somehow we have to find a power source to repower the bus and get it working again and re-awaken Tedd and go from there. The ideas are endless. I know Tranzit wasn't too popular but I honestly loved it and spent hrs upon hrs playing with my boys. A remaster and at the same time fixing many of the original flaws would be classic. It should be set some time in the future of original Tranzit based on the aftermath of the rest of the storyline.

the idea that you cant run nonstop through the fog is wrong, you can 180, and shoot the denizens b4 they grab your face, ive got mabey 100+hours on tranzit solo and i always either teleport or run STRAIGHT through the map on xbox 360. the fog/denizens was a great idea to keep noobs from 'running trains' out in the open creating a challenge. Dude I freaking love the lava and the Dennizens ... It's what makes the map more challenging I love Transit because it's one of the biggest map with endless camping locations

Fun fact is that tryearch actually planned that the game modes and tranzit were suppose to have more characters and that the old zombies system was supposed to be replaced with a new one in black ops 2 similar to the multiplayer system not to mention bus route B but the last gen consoles could not handle it all and it would simply take too long and by then it was too late and so tryearch did have to cut a huge percentage of all the things they had planned for zombies and the tranzit game modes and tranzit itself basically speaking tryearch cared a little too much for black ops 2 zombies

If Treyarch had 3 years to make Bo2 zombies like they do now I believe that Tranzit could have been pretty good.

They did bring the meat to Mob of the Dead Grief Mode. It dropped like a normal power up, and it was basically a reverse zombie blood, where you’d throw it on someone (hopefully on the other team...bad memories) and the zombies would only target that one person for a short time. It makes me think that the “Meat” gamemode could’ve been like Capture The Flag, where one teammate grabs the meat and has to take it somewhere on the map while the other team tries to stop them in any way.

I liked tranzit although i think it is the poorest map made in all of zombies. I don't hate it but i don't think it is as bad as people think it is. The fog and the denzins are bad but it made up for it for me with using them as teleporters with street lights and the bus was a mess but i loved just trying to survive on it with friends. Then that increase player glitch which you could have 8 people on tranzit and all be cramped onto the bus. some of the most fun i had even though it was a glitch.

This may be one year late but I loved tranzit a lot but I had it for the Wii U which no one really played (around 100-200 players each day). I think they should do a remake/remaster of the map now since Treyarch could make Tranzit what it was supposed to be and hopefully become the best map if it ever gets a remaster.

Believe it or not this somewhat happens in grief. Sometimes when you kill a zombie it drops this meat looking thing and when you throw it on a person on the other team they attract most of the zombies.

I really wish we could get an updated version of Tranzit without fog, lava, and denizens. I really like how ambitious the map was, and I'm really afraid they won't do anything like it again because people didn't enjoy it.

I personally loved transit. Yes it was ambitious for it’s time but then again it was FOR ITS TIME. At the time treyarch had done something that had never been done before in zombie maps. Although it was Uncompleted I (personally) found the unique and vast transit to be refreshing for what it was at the time. However now they can do better

i like transit, only people that are shit at zombies have a major issue with it, i miss that spot in the tunnel where you just get ignored by zombies. so good for taking a piss or having a smoke or getting some snacks etc. good map

When i played bo2 i got my dad to try since he liked bo1 and WaW, He got addicted and had 5 accounts for Zombies. His fav map was actually Tranzit. He also had Skull with shotguns.

Here's an unpopular opinion! I actually liked Tranzit! I liked the bus dynamic and other things, but of course there are much better maps, but i still think Tranzit is an okay map

I want them to make a game mode in multiplayer where it’s regular PvP like tdm, kill confirmed, etc... but with zombies in the mix

The denizens werent there to slow you down to load in textures. You can play the game just fine if you turn them off with a mod menu. The denizens are there to discourage training in the open spaces in the fog

Maybe in the future we can get a proper Tranzit with all of it's intended features and no fog, no lava and no denizens. We can only hope.

I swear I remember being able to play chase the meat in BO2 zombies for a brief time. Maybe it was a hacked lobby but I remember being able to play it for a while.
