Maybe my most favourite period of rugby..95 leading through to 01. Super rugby was at its peak.

Oh man the nostalgia from watching this game, I was only 19 years old back then and who would’ve thought that a decade or so after I would be letting Murray Mexted, Cristian Cullen, Justin Marshall and Karl Tenana into the club where I was working as a bouncer and even had Mr Glen Osbourne there eating my toasted savoury Rewana blat burger’s lol so seeing this epic game here brought back some cherished memories! 💪💪💪🤝

Doubt the Boks would have been too happy with the Irish ref -- 2 tries each, Andrew Mehrtens' boot won the game. Always a treat to hear the late Bill McLaren. As a rugby fan since I watched my first game as a kid in 1968, I reckon the rules were at their best at around the mid to late 1990s, game is much slower and more repetitive nowadays.

The 1995 RWC Final: All Blacks v SA - does anyone have a link to the full game with the commentary in English? I can only find it in Russian, or French!! I can’t imagine why it’s not on the All Blacks channel or NZR+
