The artist is Mike Reagan but the vocals are performed by a guy called Jake Handler (according to the game credits). Couldn't find anything about him Edit 5 years later: Jake Handler was in a band called "Dead Things and War". Okay it’s no longer 3am and I may have figured out a couple corrections: Vultures in the sky they’re, far above me, itching to take me away Round and round they circle, shadows cut through, right/run in the dirt and decay Give me wings of eagles, flee the evil, lot/ought to they put to the soul(?) A wicked institution, revolution, ripping my flesh to the bone These vultures 2nd line might be “dirty decay” but I’m fairly certain both of those words are in there, I just can’t figure out the first world for the life of me And for the 3rd line it could still be several things. “Lot to lay put to the soul” or some variation of those general syllables
