@@CheukTheGreatestOfEverything Well, I am not sure if you know how to play or know how to read the clef, but if you want, start by teaching them how to read the clef. If you have problem with reading alto clef then remember that alto clef is one note above bass clef and two notes below treble clef.

@@CheukTheGreatestOfEverything Next, teach them how to pizz. and teach them to understand the open fingered strings and assess them on where they are on the clef.

@@CheukTheGreatestOfEverything Once they master the open strings, teach them fingering and try to see if they have perfect pitch, or start with teaching them a one octave d-major scale.
