I like how there’s no lip sync, it’s so much more realistic! I also love how the prides work the same way they do in real life, and how body language mainly portrays emotions.

in a book series i read called warrior cats there was a cat similar to this. Her apprentice name was brightpaw but she got severely hurt by dogs. The leader bluestar then gave her the name lostface but when the clan (the group of cats) got a new leader called Firestar she was renamed brightheart for she held her bright spirit even if she was physically disabled.

7:33 This is why I hate QuickMane and enjoyed watching a CUB tare out his eye. If you watch a video of a no-mane (or no-mad as they call it) killing the offspring that isn’t his, you will notice it’s quick and swift. The male does NOT waste time mucking the cubs and causing more pain than death. As for THIS asshole, he taunt and muck spark and the female cub (I’m not saying her huntress name in case you happen to be reading this and you haven’t seen the next episode yet) and instead of making it quick for the cubs’ sake, he makes sure to take his time and makes sure their final moments are complete despair. And then HE has the AUDACITY to call HER a demon!!! D:

EDIT: Aight, since everyone keeps nagging me about why i think MLP is VERY similar ill explain for yall The lions are named by their talents, just like the ponies, and their character designs are all wacky and unique in their own way. Their mythology is similar ( sun goddess moon goddess blah blah blah) and yea. So please don't attack me with more comments about MLP ;--;

The art styles are similar, there are many animations out there with lions in them and they have different art styles. Whilst this isn’t an exact copy of the Lion King art style by any means it does seem to draw some minor inspirations from it resulting in a semi-familiar appearance.

Looking back at it I think I understand (not support) the reason why PowerStrike was so obssesed with Nothing -She was a female, that alone meant if she survived to adulthood she would allways be by her side as a part of the pride -she was her first born daughter and the only female of the litter. So of all of the litter she was the only one that was supposed to allways be by her side -she seemed to be strong willed and promising. She was supposed to be the one child that would be allways by her side and be a source of pride, love and support for her entire life. The moment her precious golden child was injured she could no longer fulfil this role. Now she was only a reminder of what she could have been and the mess they got instead. I guess I understand how a dissapointment like that could fester and last her entire life, these things tend to. The best thing to do was allways to put up boundaries and space between the two

INCOECT males hunt too just rarely they deliver the killing blow on bigger animals like buffalos or giraffe and they also protect cubs from rouge males but most of the time they Laze around andwach over their territory for hyenas

This is amazing! When I was younger I watched this- having respect for the warnings (thank god I had no problems with what they warned about), I watched this episode and went ‘Ugh this is just pictures!’ And left it at that. I resent Lu found a warriors map that reminded me of this- so I looked and looked and then found it- i now realize how amazing this is- the effort in detail and the amount of animation for a single artist, I and now truest exited to watch this series thanks to that one warriors mao that was sent to me by a friend

I'm not gonna lie, when I saw this in my recommended I thought it would be one of the cheap knockoffs of The Lion King so I didn't have high expectations for this but I was clearly wrong. (SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 10 AHEAD) Oooh the foreshadowing! Nothing wanted to play mane vs no-mane with Fire in this episode, but Fire said no saying that she’s too weak. Flash forward to episode 10, and Nothing challenges Fire as though she were a no-mane, but Fire once again calls her weak. Just some fantastic writing here

"The Kingdoms fell because of Kyoga" Wow, that's a lot of foreshadowing. Lite blamed Kyoga, but mostly made her a fallen, defenseless woman. However, it was her leaving that caused him to snap. Lite took all the blame and pushed onto the girls. And some of the fans even agree with him.

Hey, calm down, and don't get mad people who "defend" him. First of all, i have never seen someone excuse his actions, but admit it, we all know where he came from. I mean, kyoga lied to him for years and basically cheated on him. And then she left him hanging at the last second, basically ruining the whole ceremony. Nobody, and i repeat *nobody* is excusing his actions. But jeez, it's also kyoga's fault. She should have told him immediately, instead of lying. Would you prefer someone lying to you? Or someone telling you the truth, even if bad? I would chose the second option. Mine's not an attack, just a consideration.

@@StrikerSimp while I agree with your statement, I believe that @Jacob Altredes didn't mean it in a heated comment/arguement way. Its true that both parties in the story did some errors and mistakes that could have been prevented, but it goes to show how some people react in pressured situations. Both Lite and Kyoga have major roles to play at the time, but Kyoga doesn't want to play the role somebody else made for her(a situation i think that many can relate to). How she decided to act upon undoing the role was an option but wasn't the best one. Realising that you fiancee was dating someone else is a heartbreak moment. How he decided to handle it was not the best option either. Karabi did some errors as well, convincing Kyoga to run away with her instead of impowering Kyoga to come to Lite and and talk about it way in advance was her mistake. Now for the one that made the roles for her and Lite may lie in deeper lore with the Goddesses, who knows but maybe the next season will shed light to this mystery.
