Who else misses the 80's? This is one of those songs that puts me in the nostalgic mood. This tribute video has a variety of clips from 80's TV and movies, and goes beyond the typical teenager and John Hughes movies that usually dominate these type of videos.
What other songs take you back?

Remember after school coming home and watching things like Batman, WKRP, Welcome Back Kotter. Remember figuring out which of your friends were each member of the A-Team. The weird feelings you would get watching the shiny aerobic outfits. Before you owned a VCR renting one along with movies for a weekend sleepover. 100% agree! And skywalker6268 is right, the Internet and social media have complete destroyed human interaction and turned it into some cold, digital, and anonymous. We have become hatefuI and crueI because it is so easy to say the worst things imaginable when you know you're not going to get busted in the chops for it. And it is absolutely destroyed the dating landscape but making actual human interaction an afterthought.

I wanta go back 80’s was the best ! But after really thinking about it I wouldn’t have my beautiful wife of 22 years and 2 amazing teenage kids if did ! So even though it was an amazing time to grow up in the 80 I’ll take my life right now. Thank you Lord for giving me both !

There was no other decade like the 80’s the music and everything about it was perfect. I can’t think of a song that can set the 70’s or 90’s like Eddie Moneys “I wanna go back”

Even the worst song in the 80's, is better than the best song now. This is an unfeeling generation. The music has no soul. It's not upbeat. And don't get me started on this generations so called rap.

I kind of wish Facebook would have come along a bit earlier though. It turned out to be a great way to connect with old classmates and friends we had lost touch with. I could do without the "discourse", the influencers, and all that, but the original functions of Facebook I thought were great. I mean who didn't look up their old crushes on Facebook???

Looking back I always wished I was 10 years older so I could have partied properly in the 80s but I was still lucky to have a taste in my early teens. Amazing days, we'll never experience this larger-than-life era ever again. I wanna go back NOW!!!
