Any friend or family member of Thelma is a friend of AWRC. Thelma spent several decades dedicated to improving the lives of women and children in Maricopa County and breaking the cycle of addiction in families. She was a visionary, a fighter, a champion, a mother, and a friend. The mold was broken with Thelma and there is no other "Boss," like our Boss Thelma. We will miss her deeply everyday.
