Triceratops is coming to path of titans! As confirmed by an upcoming mod that is in development by Fortress, the same user who made the Tenontosaurus mod. We also explore the other mods upcoming like Deinosuchus, Smilodon and Acrocanthosaurus.

What do you think about Path of Titans?
Path of Titans is an upcoming MMO RPG Dinosaur survival game, created by Alderon Games. The game has been in production for just over a year and is already looking set to become one of the most successful dinosaur games of all time.
Path of Titans is set to enter early access in September 2020 and has already racked up over $300,000 from crowdfunding. It has an extremely dedicated community and a dedicated team of developers who are providing huge amounts of content for us.

Eotriceratops was literally the largest and strongest of the ceratopsians being above triceratops in real life. That's probably why the devs gave us eotrike in the first place over regular triceratops so it wouldn't make sense for the mod to be bigger or stronger than the eotrike in game. They could have given us torosaurus instead to make things closer but it is nice to have the regular triceratops in game instead of just eotrike.

I agree with you mostly, but IMO it's just a waste of time and will likely be OP since it's a modded dino. Gonna be funny to see clips of trikes taking down eos. This is why i play on official.

Eo trike is literally fragmentary af & it’s estimated to be around 6-7 MAYBE 8 tons. It isnt larger than trike as of rn

Eotriceratops literally only had a PROPORTIONALLY bigger head than triceratops’s, triceratops as of right now is still the largest ceratopsian, biggest size estimates of triceratops go from 8-12,13 and some even 14 tons altho 14 seems kinda over the top so I don’t think that true, while eotriceratops at its biggest wouldn’t even break the 9 ton range let alone double digits, I hope that once this mod releases it absolutely stomps regular eo to the ground because its model looks so much better, eo ingame is oversized, and we are in dire need of the real Rex killer in pot

I can't wait for the Smilodon TLC update!! It looks so fantastic, an insane step forward in Rospaw's modding abilities. I love the Smilodon so much! 😁 Absolutely stoked to play the new improved version when it's available AND the new skins are amazing!!

Agreed, definitely my favorite created mod! I just hope they allow you to claw attack while moving now. Having to be standing still only to use it makes no sense!

Thanks for the Trello showcase! If you wanted to do some speculation, we left some easter eggs on the card pages hinting at it's kit and abilities, and how it'll be like in the ecosystem too!

I usually like using tiny dinos because they have more speed but, I might really have to make an exception for Acrocanthosaurus, it looks dope, can't wait for it's release 🙂

So we are most likely looking at a next year release for the Acro, then with that many tasks still left and the Dev approval. I was seriously hopeful that it would be released for either Christmas or New Years, but that clearly doesn't look like the case now. Hopefully, they will add some sort of grab and hold attack, so hunting in a pack is very close to how they would have actually hunted down the larger long necks. I will wait, though, because this mod is definitely going to be worth it.

As I would guess, if it's a herbivore and if it's aquatic, I might say that, I might be very certain that the next creature's reveal in the Absentia mod might be Atopodentatus unicus, which is actually a marine reptile that is closely related to plesiosaurs, more likely a basal sauropterygian from the middle Triassic (247-228 million years ago) of the Guanling Formation in Luoping Country, in the Yunnan province in southwest China. 🇨🇳🌊🦖🦕🦭🦤🦣

The path of titans devs are living in the mod communities shadow is down right pathetic imo. That trike mod is already an improvement. It looks way more realistic. Not to mention the unique abilities they’re gonna give it.. It’s not even comparable one is simply better than the other Mods rule this game and are holding the community up like atlas holds the world upon his shoulders

There's only one dev team working on the vanilla game. There's tons of different teams working on mods. Of course the mod teams release good content quicker...
