One of the sweetest moments in Bewitched, was seeing the way Endora treated children, even mortal children. It was her soft side. Love it. And OH MY GOD!!!! This is Marsha Brady? WOW!! !

@MARY HARTMAN, MARY HARTMAN yes at first I didn't like her back in the sixties she seemed very mean and self-centered but she's a real hoot to watch her and understand why she did what she did.. did anybody see her in the movie The Cage 1950 women prison movie though she dressed like an old librarian she was pretty quick with the answers and her temper current calling the cheap politicians promising to make prison more humane

It’s amazing she was born in 1900. It seems so long ago. Imagine the changes she saw in her lifetime. We’ve had a lot of changes but they weren’t as substantive as hers. In 1900 hundreds of millions of people in this country still didn’t have running water or electricity. Most people didn’t have automobiles, or had even seen the few that existed in the world. There were no antibiotics or vaccines.

@ Robert Byrd, I always thought Endora was so beautiful, gracious and classy Lady. Did you see any of her other performances such as in a Alfred Hitchcock's episodes, Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte and the movie Bat, Bat ?. Agnes Moorhead was destined to be in the TV Show Bewitched..

Even for the 60s those magic effects are lame, the Wizard of Oz had better magic effects, witch appears and disappears in a puff of red smoke (and sometimes fire), her fireball attack on the Scarecrow, broomstick etc
