you have to redo the make up on it ... the hair comes natural for you to style . that hair is nice and thick . Hair spray and flatten the sides down .

The boogieman mask is a re-tool of the elrod mask I think, and it has hand laid hair. it looks alot better than the elrod.

I can see in certain lighting it looks good, and the hospital one doesn't look as good as the Elrod to be honest

I'm going to be getting one of these around Christmas and I think it can be fixed. I'm going to try slicking it back with hair gel and maybe some hair spray and when it looks right spray it with clear spray paint so it'll stay the way I style it forever

Something about the Elrod mask bothers me. The face itself is great. The hair is obviously the main problem but.... there's something about the eye holes. The hair can at least be styled to look pretty close to good. But the eye holes are either too small or too far apart. Not sure. The Tramer doesn't have those problems with the eyes, but you have to dye the hair and paint the mask. You can't win. Can't they just put all the shit they get right into one mask?

I just got my Elrode Mask today and honestly am a bit disappointed u can clearly see the spray paint speckled on the shaded areas a And didn’t really try . From a distance tho it looks good but mine is shiny and ur mask looks more rough and screen accurate. Maybe it’s the lighting ? It’s from the same company so same mask.

The Cemetery Gate mask is a fine display piece, but I wouldn't want to wear it in public. After a bit of hair styling, the mass-market version of the Justin Mabry Psycho (aka the TOTS Elrod) would easily be the costume of choice for me.

I'm not certain about that CGP mask's hair being really movie accurate because to me it looks way to short and pretty light colored. If you look at the set photos of the original Halloween, you can look at the mask and tell that it's a bit floofy and it isn't super short. However I will agree with you that the back of it is super long but if you just cut the back and style the rest with some hairspray it'll look fantastic

I think tots dropped the ball on the Halloween II mask to be honest, I bought one back in 2012 and I definitely regret buying it, last year I bought a CGP warlock and it was a whole other ball game

I see what you mean. I just started doing research on getting a decent mask, TOTs Halloween II mask is nice I just don't like how they completely left no white under the chin and neck. I've been going back and forth with CGP, NAGmasks, and Nightowl the creep. I mean $325?! I wouldn't want to wear it. Can you give your opinion on these guys? Thanks!

I agree the CGP looks better. Maybe on the tots h2 elrod you could change the hair to an h1. Like actually use H1 hair like they do on other expense a masks

They always use the best photos for the promos. Look at the 2018 Myers photo vs the actual mask. Not that the mask is bad but the photos on the site make it look a lot better than it is.

The Halloween 1 mask was made from a William Shatner mask, not the Halloween 4 mask.

i sprayed the hair down and just sniped the hair a bit and it turned out fine.

I think the hair is excellent on this mask.. All you have to do is fix the back. The hair is SUPER durable and looks wise I actually think it looks "better" compared to CGP.. The sculp is probably what I like better. It has a more Captain Kirk look to it than the CGP mask... As I said, no need to rehair.. Just take some hair off the back and style the hair and hairspray it. I certainly don't recommend coverting it into an H4 mask.. It just doesn't have that look to it. I believe the H4 mask was a resculpt of the original 1975 Kirk mask.. Even though there is an unconverted Kirk mask in the school scene of H4.

I thought I was the only one disappointed in the Elrod mask. The hair is my biggest issue and the eye cuts are kinda fucked up on mine. I'm rehairing and adjusting the eye cuts.

The Elrod mask is fantastic for that price. Best mask available at that price & best mask that TOTS has to offer. Change the hair out for Christ sake. Order some mohair or camel hair & glue it on.

I have the Dick Warlock Cemetery Gates mask. After trying it on I feel the mask is too wide for my skinny body. It gives me an unrealistic look when wearing my coveralls. I'm wondering if there's a better fitting mask out there for me. I fell off my roof and broke my hip in September and was not able to get around well enough before Halloween, thus it's still got the tag in the box unused with everything in mint condition. I'm considering a swap or selling it and buying a different mask. Any suggestions?

Why would you try to turn this into an H4 mask? That mask is a completely different mould and had no Shatner characteristics at all about it. If anything you should modify this into a BETTER H1 mask!

The Elrod has a better sculpt imo. Terry Lambert is also a thief.

At least the hair is better quality than the H2. I have that same H2 that you have... absolutely horrible hair. If the same mask was used, then why is there 3 "versions," the Elrod, H2, and hospital?

In my opinion the Elrod Trick or treat studios mask blows that over priced cemetery gates mask out of the water!! Elrod better sculpt,better hair....the hair is horrible on that cemetery mask. Hair is same color of one u like,just needs work with some product and hairspray and gel. That's what was done to the gates one. Now small size I agree it's way too small...you had an adult size for the original h2 mask TOTS and the rest of the line you made small....not everyone that is huge fan of TOTS has a child head. Other than that...TOTS mask much better.

Halloween 4 is def not a Kirk mask bro,I have an elrod I converted to an h1, and it looks great!

just buy a halloween wig, rip the hair off the mask, and super-glue the hair to the length you like.

tots are mass produced as we all know..in china probably slave work for 30 cents an hour lol..i mean come on..they do a shit job..mostly with the hair..never one mask looks like the other..tho its a good one to re-do..i have atots h2 and u can make m look like anything..i can even make m look like warlock if u just adjust the inside with some tape..or if u have a fat head it looks like warlock all u need to do is repaint it and rehair it..they sell it as art but its just mass-prdoced shit..and they get send back to tots and they sighn it thats all trhey do..no real artists there..unless u pay more ofcourse lol :p anyways..no offence..its just what it is

This is not one of the best Myers masks on the market. Not even close. Tots masks are just good affordable mass produced replicas. In general it's A decent mask if you can't afford a good quality mask and this isn't a shatter mild. Lol. Truth is tots Elrod and framer are the best masks from tots

You got ripped off on that 200$ mask, the hair and face of it looks weird. the trick or treat studios mask looks more screen accurate and looks a lot better.
