Okay, so in this video I’m going to cover the top 9 psychological tactics to make your ex wish that they never broke up with you. It’s taken me years and years of research to actually come up with a solid list like this, so PAY ATTENTION because this might be one of the most important videos that you’ll ever watch on this topic.

“Sneaky” tip number one… use the law of pre-selection to your advantage.
Have you ever heard of pre-selection? I’ve talked about this concept a few times in some older videos, but it’s an important psychological trick that you should be employing as soon as possible. And make a mental note, because this works even if you’re single and you’re looking for a potential partner… so in the event that you don’t want your ex back, keep this tip in the back of your mind.
Okay, sneaky tactic number 2… cause massive amounts of “FOMO” inside your ex’s mind.
Ever heard of FOMO? It’s an acronym for “Fear of Missing Out”. And it’s a pretty powerful psychological phenomenon in this day and age. Ever see pictures on your friend’s Instagram of an amazing party or crazy travelling adventure? Ever get that feeling that you just NEED to join them? The next time they ask you out for an adventure, chances are you’re going to say yes because you’ll have a “Fear of Missing Out” on the experience!
Alright, sneaky tip #3… use jealousy to your advantage!
I know, this one is a bit manipulative, but using jealousy is one of the most effective ways to get your ex back. So for example, you could say something to your ex along the lines of…
