After so many years of trial and error, I finally found what works best for me, both financially and emotionally.... and Herman is the perfect sounding board for me. You put it very well they are not getting it they cant even do landscaping and cover the dirt all over to give Nairobi city a world class look that's the least they can do and they don't They are not even prioritizing tarmacking the Nairobi estates and putting sidewalks so that people don't step on the grass, they don't even water the grass look at the roundabouts at uhuru highway, small things even Rwanda got it they need to check Indonesia and Malaysia and understand what they need to do.
