OPPPS -i mean always #1 - before you ride any painted bike take sand paper to the paint under the washers... im 250 - ive had to run dremel disks on files to create perfect 45 cutting angles - then regrove the washers with the lines in them both steel and shadow aluminum.... that baked on paint is hard glass.... props !!! dap.
