Michael is THE man! He’s usually the one who answers the phone there and has on more than one occasion chatted and answered my questions. He knows his stuff!

Michael gave me this same thorough message over the phone. He provides excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable, and has the trigger time to back his claims. Criterion’s lucky to employ him and I can’t wait for the “Core Series” to ship.

Same. I was blown away by his level of knowledge and willingness to talk, at length, about a specific barrel and build. As I rebarrel my other rifles over time, they are all getting criterion barrels.
