Wonderful tutorial. Thank you. Helped me work out the best place to position myself for a photographic moonrise over a building. I use Stellarium to get the moon elevation and Google Earth has a useful distance and azimuth measuring tool. But I also need the angle elevation of the building top and of the moon. Now I know how to work it out, thanks to this video. The distance to building is my Adjacent, the building height (had to google search its height) is the Opposite and so my required elevation angle (Theta) is Tan-1 (distance/building height). Woohoo! I know I learnt this stuff in college (Grade A GCSE Maths) but when not putting what I learn into practical use for decades, its all forgotten. So thanks again. Video is nicely paced and very well taught.

Putting cos^-1(7/8) keeps giving me 1.065 no matter how many ways I try it. Tried putting ans in the parentheses. Same outcome. I think my calc is broken

tangent can be from minus infinity to positive plus infinity... that isn't a small number...

However I am working on a personal project writing a game and need to calculate the bounce angle of a ball from a wall so this really helped me understand what I needed in order to calculate the angle.
