Trina Addresses The Haitian Community After Confrontation With Florence El Luche Friends

A clip of Miami Rapper Trina arguing with Haitian artist Florence El Luche’s sister and friends has gone viral and caused a lot of outrage among Trina’s Haitian fans.
As a supporter of both Miami artists and Love and Hip Hop Miami cast mates, when our readers flooded our inbox with the clip, we didn’t want to cover the story without reaching out to both Trina and Florence and giving them an opportunity to respond.
The artist who recently released a song together agreed to speak to us. Above is @trinarockstarr explanation of how the argument started, who she was talking to, her love and respect for Florence, and her apology to the Haitian community, which she says she would never disrespect.

That was NOT the only thing she was rude about. Leaving Florence hanging to perform the song "Bounce Dat" solo was so unprofessional. All Trina had to do was let Flo know I can not do it ! To have her thinking she was going to show up and leave her hanging to perform by herself on the day of the show, was no doubt messed up. Only in Miami...Only in Miami !

That is just a little of the disrespect Trina showed to Florence El Luche, Trina did not give her the common courtesy to let her know that she was NOT showing up for a performance of the song "Bounce Dat" that features her, now that was real low. She had to go on stage with NO dancers and NO Trina, talk about horrible... I was embarrassed for her. Sometimes when you crap on people it has a dark way of coming back to you... its called karma.

She’s black but she’s not Haitian. Being black doesn’t give her the right to speak down on the Haitian culture. What Trina said was a racist slur that is used against the Haitian culture in Florida
