I am a Trini. Made this yesterday as part of my husband’s birthday lunch. Was delicious and easy to make. I used canned corn and added grated garlic. I am a garlicaholic but it added to the flavor. Thanks for sharing.

This recipe is the best corn pie I've tried, made it twice, but I add a little sugar it brings out the flavor of the corn.

I love your recipe. Can I put the corn pie together and then put it in the casserole dish and cover it and put it in the fridge overnight?
