On Sepetember 5th, 2019 the Trinity Christian School Tigers went cross town to visit the Parish Episcopal Panthers. The game was shown on ESPN2 as part of the GEICO High School Football Showcase. ESPN top 300 quarterbacks Shedeur Sanders (2021) and Preston Stone (2021) highlighted the matchup.

Sherrod Joyce really didn’t see anything impressive from him, in the first half they were just throwing 5 yard slants/outs. Stone didn’t have the best game either but was better throwing the ball

Preston stone is a GREAT QB.... forget Deion’s kid yo I personally feel like his hype is bc of who his pops is... and nothing wrong with that go take advantage of that young man but Preston stone is the real deal. Footwork, reads, form, mobility, arm strength. I look at Deion’s boy and I see mobile and arm strength... he’s a athlete but stone is a QB I believe stone will end up in the NFL starting for a team that needs him
