What a breath of fresh air. Two older women who speak their minds, are not afraid to swear as expression...so confident. You are both wonderful. You tube should be full of your type of women instead of the babies, in their twenties with all the wisdom accumulated in their last "three" years.

I started caring about my clothes & makeup because of these 2 beautiful ladies!! Really miss What not to wear.

I've always felt that women don't warn you about what's to come with getting older, and hence, how to deal with the inevitable onslaught of time. Thank god for you two truth tellers, I love you two back together, however sporadically!

Hi Trinny and Susannah! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March just as the world was shutting down from COVId! As I go through surgeries and treatment, there is no ‘in person’ support groups. I was just scrolling through my phone in isolation like so many others, and I came across your videos. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful it is to just hear a couple of women chatting about ‘women’s lives and issues! Thanks for the company!

Thanks for admitting a lack motivation during this time...feels like everyone out there wants to make us think we need to be super productive, innovating, full of energy, reinventing our new normal and with all that comes so much pressure to be “fine” with all that’s going on. It just makes me feel like sh*t at the end of the day! But Susannah was able to bring back a realistic perception of what normal beings feel like! Love you both

The last 10-15 minutes of this was a complete treat. I felt like a fly on the wall to a person FaceTime between Susannah and you. Such good friends, it’s beautiful to see at such a time.

I really love how you can be honest with each other and have each others best interests at heart.

The “Body Shape Bible” is a book that’s still relevant today. I still have my copy. Aspiring stylists should read that book because there are more shapes than triangle, pear, apple, and hourglass.

I so love and miss Suzannah and Trinny. They should definitely have a weekly online programme. I watched every episode of their television series and also bought 2 of their books ( which I keep in my large handbag every time that I go shopping for clothes). They revolutionized the way that I view my body and shop for clothes. Love you both!

I’m 56, built very similar to Susannah, and have embraced the wide legged cropped trousers. They are fitted at the waist. I like them with a basic black or white T-shirt, trainers, or ballet flats. I may throw on a duster or moto jacket.

What Susannah said about not washing your hair - I worked with one man with the most gorgeous head of hair. Kind of long.. to the chin. I worked in a hospital and we used to send him up to deal with the surly nurses as they just swooned and loved him. We told him to go toss his hair to calm them down. LOL. Anyway, his secret was that he never washed his hair. He simply stood under the shower and let the water rinse through. He is Indian, so if you can imagine gorgeous, thick, black hair with a shine like glass. And no, his hair did not smell! I cannot bring myself to try it though.. I love my Kerastase too much!

So true, "some people are built for running " (some aren't) If having a body with very flexible joints, running isn't good at all, it will make yr body ache, then it's better doing Pilates and walking (carefully)

My dad looked after my long hair from 10 to 19 and I would go 3-4 months not washing my hair but always brush no product and when we wash it dad could cope with it for a we or so i just growing my hair again with not having hair cut because of lock down and been disabled not washing my hair as much i finding my dad was right lol xx

Susannah my grandmother passed away at 80 with blonde hair...she had what she called dirty blonde as an adult. I will always be blonde unless it goes snow white so that it looks platinum.Hairstyles are looser, No tight perms. My hair is shoulder length...that tossed French bedroom style is all the rage and really softens an older woman's face. ...72 look maybe late 50s but have kept an hourglass figure used to walk alot but arthritis in the knees...now glad I didn't jog, my body wasn't made for it. I have Susannahs shape an hourglass actually an x, high hip small waist, boobs, normal weight for my 5ft4in body. SUsannah taught me how to dress for my body so thanks for THAT! I wear form skimming clothes except at home I wear more shapely casual maxi dresses bec my husband likes me in them and we live in the tropics. V neck tops, the Retin A for my face and neck keeps it looking still good enough for v necks. Upper arms and upper inner thighs on me are what I have to work around. SO no tight jeans..skirts look good on me and few women wear them where I live. Jeans are the rage so even young men turn to look at me bec I am dressed like a woman and so few locals or young tourists are anymore. I love midis and maxis dresses and skirts..covers upper thighs and knees and I emphasize my waist with belts bec that side curve thing is my best asset.No heels anymore sadly, ballet flats, slingbacks, loads of pretty sandals, boots with Chelsea heel or western heels work for me...huge collection of belts. NO neck scarves needed yet but am collecting silk ones bec I know the day will come. I LOVE being this age. I am the happiest and most content I have ever been this last decade and a half. I feel more comfortable and accepting of my body than I ever have, sexier, prettier even. I was a driven professional woman career prof and administrator in suits and now I am a relaxed, laconic, at ease sensual woman....life in the tropics, relaxing, reading, painting on the covered terrace out,of the sun listening to music, eating wonderful, fresh produce and zero, responsibilities well THAT takes 20 yrs off you....your state of mind, your personality....changes and it shows in how you move, and your general attitude too. I highly recommend saving and sacrificing for a retirement someplace warm, beautiful and relaxing with a culture you love...there is no better beauty product on earth. So good to see you Susannah!
