This has been my favourite episode to date. Coincidentally, my husband appears to be going through a similar process but the result is him dragging out favourite ironman t-shirts with holes in them and declaring them perfectly wearable!

Yes she will IF- she learns to appreciate Trinny’s style while she’s still here (she could age into this clothing), AND if she resists the impulse to get rid of her mothers clothing when she passes on (grief can make you do silly things). Can you imagine having four, or five (six) COMPLETE WARDROBES just waiting for you?! Absolute HEAVEN.

It's freezing cold here and I am doing the very same thing right now...Clothes are thrown everywhere....I am "feeling" cozy ski bunny look. Furry things everywhere-loving all things faux fur....Splashing silver/iridescent "things" for good measure. Bright colors...Embracing my leggings again worn with very "over the top" boots. Moon boots....yes please.....Furry handbag...Maybe a cozy scarf...maybe...Opps where's my floor???? Thanks Trinny!!! I love your "let's party in my closet" video's. Just the best....

Trinny, take the bigger plastic bag, the kind that you use for freezing the food and put the Chanel bag in it and next to it place a baking soda and make sure to close the plastic bag tightly so no air can come in. Baking soda will absorb the smell. Just put the soda in wider container so it can absorb better. No need to fill the container to the brim, just enough so it covers the bottom nicely. If needed, change the soda every day for few days until the smell is gone. I purchased the stinkiest coat you can imagine and it took me about 3-4 days until the smell was gone. For your small bag, it shouldn't take more than 1-2 days. Sorry for my broken English, I hope it makes sense.

Would love to play dress-up in your cupboard Trinny. I got rid of a few things the other day by asking myself 'would I put that item on today to go out?' That helped me to get rid of those things that I continue to bypass. Also find that if I put something on and then take it off and don't wear it, it goes straight into a bag for donating.

Yes, usually our first instinct is there for a reason (unless you can think of a good way to alter or restyle it during a play session, it's usually not worth the time & effort to keep holding onto it).

I have a brand new bed arriving on Monday and I’ve spent the last week redecorating the bedroom to perfection. Tomorrow is the day when I empty my stuffed to the hilt double IKEA Pax wardrobe and intend to purge at least half of it. This episode is perfect timing, I now know exactly how to do it - wish me luck!

I have literally spent the last two weeks doing this. I wasn’t wearing things because they were lost in my massive wardrobe. I have a limited amount of space. I purged some things and packed down the familiar clothes/ outfits to force myself into new outfits. It has been the best thing ever. It’s like I have a new wardrobe!

thank you of much for this wonderful vid Trinny, you so inspire me and us ALL on here.... omg my wardrobe if bulging with items iv bought over the years and very sadly never worn still with tags on :( .... and clothes i bought in zara before xmas and before and too late to take back my OH goes mad.... even shoes omg the shoes worn once and put back in their boxes Id love you to come to me and blitz my wardrobe as im scared to discard anything as the clothes are lovely I always think I will wear them on 'special days' but never do .... apologies for droning. thank you so much Trinny for your wonderful vids i am your biggest fan xx
