TRIP REPORT | RYANAIR (BUZZ): Are They the Same? ツ | Warsaw to Madrid | Boeing 737 Sky Interior

Ryanair Trip Report operated by BUZZ from Warsaw-Modlin to Madrid onboard one of the Ryanair Boeing 737 Sky Interior operated by BUZZ.
Early morning flight with Ryanair BUZZ from Modlin to Madrid. A very comfortable flight on one of the Ryanair Boeing 737 equipped with the Boeing new Sky Interior cabin.
Due to the COVID-19, the demand was lower than usual at the moment of recording this video. "Thanks" to that, I was able to record from both sides of the plane, including the Warsaw area, the Alps, Geneva, southern France, the Pyrenees and a beautiful approach to Madrid. Once on the ground, we've seen lots of ground planes...

Wow! I'm glad to see Warsaw Modlin get renovated, I flew out of there in 2018 on a 6 month old 737 (same gate too ;) ) and the airport only had one shop and bad Wi-Fi. Awesome report I must say, Ryanair's sky interior is a joy to fly.

This time the WiFi was working perfectly. The airport looks nice! And as it's small, It's very easy to find what you are looking for at every moment :)

I flew Buzz back in the days when it was still Ryanair Sun. It was really enjoyable flight from Warsaw to Heraklion. Good to see how fast is this airline growing. Sky Interior in 737's make flights a lot more comfortable. Thanks for the video!

Right now it's exactly the same as when it was Ryanair Sun, but just with the name BUZZ. I flew a couple of times with BUZZ already and it's nice that almost all of their planes are fitted with the Sky Interior. As you say, it's really comfortable! Da igual que sea Ryanair o Buzz. Sigue siendo una de las mejores aerolíneas que nos conecta en el continente. Gracias a ellos pude explorar muchísimos sitios a precios muy correctos. Eso sí, hay que seguir sus normas y sus reglas para evitar problemas. El aeropuerto de Modlin sigue siendo moderno, me encanta :)

I wonder when will this all end and get back to normal. I feel it isn’t going to be for a few years, at the rate things are happening at the moment. I really hope air travel picks up soon as I fear a lot of companies will not survive! ✈️

Some will go, but many will survive, hopefully by spring it will start to get back to some kind of normal. Pandemic's come every 100 years and last for about one year. If everyone had followed the initial guidance, we would not be facing lock down 2 in Europe. Be patient, it will pass and we will take to the skies once again, more majestic then even.

Un placer que te haya gustado este Trip Report! :) Lo cierto es que, al menos por ahora, no tengo pensado subir ese tipo de contenido... no obstante, sí que estoy pensando en crear un canal secundario en el cual subir contenido un poco más variado. A la inteligencia artificial de KZfaq no le gusta cuando un canal subo contenido muy distinto, pues el público objetivo de cada vídeo es distinto. Como el algoritmo no sabe diferenciar que tipo de contenido es, acaba por mostrar el vídeo a gente que no le interesa... eso acaba por hacer "daño" al canal, pues futuros vídeos serán menos "ofrecidos" a posibles espectadores. Ese es el motivo por el que sólo subo Trip Reports en el canal (y Vlogs muy muy de vez en cuando). Saludos!!

Yep, they are exactly the same. Just different country of registration for the planes (Poland) and same uniform but in different colour for the cabin crew.

It might be worth pointing out that the aircraft used (with Ryanair colours/livery) does show its Polish connection (via Buzz Air) when you look at its registration on the side of the plane..there's a Polish flag and a Polish registration number, on this plane its SP-RKE. Usually a Ryanair plane would have an EI reg number, not SP. There are financial reasons for Ryanair to reg some of its planes in countries other than Ireland.

Enjoyed watching this trip report. The flight did look very quiet, what was the load factor in % ? Also can I say I love the old Madrid airport terminal, something really unique about it, much prefer this terminal to the boring glass terminal's that you find over the road and also at many big airports. I see no point in BUZZ, it is Ryanair so why call it something else. BUZZ really needs to BUZZ OFF, he he he ;-)

Thanks a lot, Brum! Sadly, the load factor was very low... Although it was recorded when the situation in Spain was good (in July). I would say the load factor was something between 30 and 40%. Haha I think we are just a few who think this about Madrid terminals. I also prefer the old ones. I agree that the new T4 is stunning... but I don't know, I feel better in the old ones. BUZZ is the "old" Ryanair Sun. It's the Polish subsidiary of Ryanair, who has bases in all Eastern Europe. For what I've read, it was the only way to compete with Wizzair and its ridiculous working conditions in the eastern countries. Have a nice day and thanks for the support!! :)

BUZZ es Ryanair Sun renombrada. Desde el comienzo es una aerolínea que perteneció a Ryanair. Por lo que tengo entendido, el nombre comercial de "BUZZ" lo compró hace muchos años para una pequeña aerolínea que no tuvo éxito. Ahora han renombrado Ryanair Sun (la filial Polaca de Ryanair) como BUZZ. Saludos!

Modlin looks a nice airport, small, modern clean and easy to navigate. Standard leg room on Ryanair is 30 inches, BRITISH AIRWAYS Business Class domestic Airbus A319 is 29 inches. BRITISH AIRWAYS Business Class in Europe is 30 inches, the same as a Ryanair standard seat. Ryanair Premium seats are 32-34 inches at a fraction of the price. Download the Ryanair app, then you can access the menu any time. 08:17 ... simply stunning Lucas, the Alps looked incredible too, thanks. Happy to use Ryanair over Britshit Airways any time.
