Looks a lot like Ljubljana, Slovenia. Except it's about twice the size and therefore likely has more to see.

visit the bratislava castle, the dobšinská ice cave (its the largest in europe!) then you can go to štrbské pleso (its in the high tatras), you can visit the hight tatras also. go and see the castle where Bathory lived (the woman that bathed in blood), go and see any of the castles in slovakia (we have many), go on a tram ride for fun (they are old, but they still work! they are part of our history) go into the staré mesto (it is beautifil), sorry but the christmas market is going to be finished by march . but make sure you visit that also sometime! if you dont want to just stay in Bratislava or high tatras, travel further to Kosice! they have great architechtures there also. visit the church made entirely only from wood, not even nails were used! (it is found in Hroncek). have a walk along danube. Visit Eurovea (shopping centre). there you will thind many great restaurants outsie with grass that you can sit on. If you feel like shopping visit Aupark. Have fun and enjoy! I hope I helped you :)

think this, summer time, slovak students come to work and take the money back ther,to ur economy, will be good if we block this and not alowed to work here,as u try to block greece to chance not her self, but all europe?thats the differetn when u are greek..you think also for the others..i have been many times in SK..i know very well what i say..dobre rano..

filosou How can Slovak students be working there, when you have 25 % unemployment? Why aren´t Greeks working?

PetoHe2 who say aren't work..u still believe this propagand?))i work in constructions 9-14 hours the day..come on..ofcourse they will take here slovaks which ask 300-400 euro with no insurance and ofcourse they will find more easy work than a greek which the salary by the law is 500 atleast and insurance also..the idea is you ppl ther to understand how much money u take from here(good u do i dont blame you)and how much u help ur economy and after to judge greek people if they work or now..look at the statistics which country has the most working hours by week..

filosou So, you see? Greeks want more money for work others can do cheaper with the same or better quality. Greeks protested against changing laws which can make thair wages more competitive. So, when Greeks want more money for easy work which others can do for less money, it means that they ARE NOT willing to work (for money, which are those positions worth). If I was being ironic I would say that it is like saying: "Im not lazy, I am willing to work, but give million euros big salary". Working hours doesn´t say anything, because being in work for long hours can mean that workers are unproductive (e.g. pretend to be working) and thats something different than less working hours spend on really productive work.

PetoHe2 oh my godd....i ahve been so many times to slovakia..ako sa mas..dobre etc..bratislava,banska bistrica, skalica, trnava and many more..i know the prices ther and this what u say has no meaning at all..is like u say u go work in Switzerland and feel happy u take 600 the month the time the rend is 700..loll my friend..u cant compare the prices in ur country with greece,so u not care if u take 300-400 here for the summer and go.i know many people who came and work,i am from island,i know very well what i say cause i have slovak friends..this what u give as example mean to me u have -0 perception of economy...about quality..i have see how slovaks work...i remember very well..i saw once 3 people to change a lock in a door..1 was holding the door..the other had the screwdriver and the other was watching if the door will fall..loll my friend..working more hours can also mena u try to procuct in low prices and to earn something that the boss or the market cant give in normal hours.come and say to me..i put tiles..12 hours the day..come and say i am lazy and i invite u to come 1 week to work with me,ill pay u anything u want, come and if u will handle my work and ,my preasure u will be a hero...slovaks...be well and dont bother to write back,i dont answer again cause is no meaning..

Im affraid that its not me, who need some basics from economy... When country has higher life standards = higher salaries, it also has higher prices on services and non internationally tradable items like rent. But, what happens when country is no more able to keep those higher standards? First, unemployment grows because economy is not competitive and attractive for investors with so high wages. When wages go down, prices will have to go down too. But, many Greeks dont accept lower wages, as they say "because of high prices". You have to realize that you cant ask for high wages when youre not competitive and others can do the same or even more for less money. Investor doesnt care that Greeks have higher prices for rent or other items they purchase. Prices reflect demand and supply, and when wages go down, demand and supply decreases and so will prices. You want EU partners to be symphatetic, but it has nothing to do with solidarity. Greeks finally have to realize that their wages will HAVE TO go down, no matter what they do. Sooner they realize it, sooner they can stand up from the ground. Refusing to work for lower salaries, protesting on the streets (against Germany, while the same opinion as Germany have most of the eurozone member countries) and voting for populist politicians who promise you that salaries doesnt have to go down will not solve anything and make your situation even worse. By mentioning quality in response to "working hours" I didnt mean to say that people in one specific country are more productive then people in another. More working hours may mean that ppl wants to earn more then is basic salary, but by that I wanted to say that more working hours doesnt mean that more work has been done. Sorry, I had to respond. Its all up to you whether you will respond or not.
