New Southern Revival Rye finished in Tawny Port barrels, made with Abruzzi rye. Bottled at 90 proof/45% ABV, MSRP $59.
New Southern Revival Jimmy Red Straight Bourbon, made with 100% Jimmy Red corn from South Carolina and aged a minimum of 2 years. Bottled at 95 proof/47.5% ABV, MSRP $79.
New Southern Revival Jimmy Red Bourbon finished in Oloroso Sherry barrels, same stats as the Jimmy Red Straight, same proof, MSRP $89.
As always, the whiskeys were sent to me as samples, without expectations.

I've had a couple of bottles of the Jimmy Red Bourbon including a cask strength Seelbach's barrel pick. I find a unique mouth feel, a little oily but a little cake like as you mentioned. I've been meaning to get their rye, just haven't put it in my cart. Just checked and my local TW has both those finished bottles in stock.

I got a bottle of the straight bourbon recently. I do taste a lot of different flavors. Caramel cinnamon But from the moment you sip it and has a bite all the way to the end and its 100 a bottle
