Arby got the main protagonist power journey. 1. was training hard but was not exceptional in terms of power (pre all buffs and nerfs) 2. unlocked super sayan (old buff) but his powers were sealed right after (old nerf) 3. went trough multiple years of hardship accompanied by gold and white dogs killing "Soldier A" millions of times and finally unlocked his true super sayan form (new buff)

I used damage calculator to compare this Triple Torrent with the best Destruction/Torrrent set that i have and Triple Torrrent still does more damage. It's hard to say which is better, it depends on your gear.

Just a note the 14% Base attack is about a 2-3% damage increase. The 30% attack buff (when GAB) is about a 17% damage increase. So across 2 attacks the EE Arby does 10% more damage than he did in the past... this level of difference is basically no difference. Many of the fights in the video would have been exactly the same even if the EE was unequipped other than ofc when Ludwig misses him.

I think the 30% atk increase in his buff should yeld higher dmg since its boost the overall stats and not the base one, same for atk buff or GAB as well, no? Also yeah i do think his ee would be of more benefit with degen build than nuke build simply because of 50% evasion. And people are really sleeping on his evasion buff when in reality he has so much potential as a eva-counter unit. His s3 aoe applied blind debuff so in the right situation he can have up to 120% eva chance, even more than green violet to blue unit.
