As a Greek, who frequently uses their service for international flights, i must say that in comparison to all other european airlines, they are far and beyond any competition. However, I would prefer more competitive fares in their longest routes (LHR, CDG etc). Having said that, i would love to see them fly long haul flights, even if Turkish Airlines have basically a monopoly in this region of Southeast Europe.

WAW is my home airport and I have to say it's improved enormously over the years I've been using it. Very airy and clean, great views and decent range of shops (even if the food outlets are a bit pricy!).

I can concur, flew CDG-ATH with their A321 a few years ago. Amazed by the quality of service and the fact that they still served hot meals on intra-European flights! And it's not just a "filler" meal, it actually is very appropriate quality for airline food. Glad they keep it up! Cheers Felix (and Aegean) :)

Great tripreport but in the end there is missing a "να". It's actually: "Ευχαριστώ και να έχετε μια όμορφη μέρα!" but great that you tried Aegean on a intra-european flight! I love flying with them. 😁

Didn't know flying in Europe, hot meal are so precious because in Asia, it just too common. Even 1 hour flight also got full proper hot meal.

I had a layover in Athens and it was the most beautiful airport I’ve been to. It was annoying because to and back we had a 4 hour delay because some people wanted to get off the plane, so they had to take their luggage off and put the rest back.. it was so annoying!

Not really, a flag carrier is usually the only or by far the largest airline of a country. It's not necessarily government-owned. Air France is the flag carrier or France, Iberia of Spain and yes, Aegean of Greece, even though all are privately owned...

🤓I don’t talk exactly about Aegan. This isn’t your last 2 years old tripreport. There are few of them on your channel. I also don’t say, they are bad, stupid etc... i Like them!! You are the best in your branch! And what might have changed over the time ... For example the flight magazine? Meals, offers and other things in it? Airport, their check in procces, aircraft design...a lot of things can change. And i didn’t say you have to delete the tripreport. Just next time you’ll record tripreport, publish it immediatly? And not 2 years later ? 😄have a nice day, and thank you for reading my opinion!
