I want to express my thanks to Hayward for their commitment to excellence assisting me to fix my Ecostar when local pool companies would not even come out to fix it. After multiple attempts by myself Hayward stepped in & got it fixed as good as new by a professional named Rick who was simply awesome. My new home will have all Hayward equipment as my existing home & inground pool has. I really appreciate Haywards offices getting this taken care of after a year of challenges.

Do you have a video regarding how to hook it up to Aqua Logic automation? I am replacing an eco star with the tri star. My eco star requires only two low voltage wires but the Tri star manual states three? I'm confused. Larry

If Timer 8 is the catch-all, what happens when the next day comes? Will it go to Timer 8's settings, then pick up the other set times (1, 2, 3)?

How do you adjust speed for quick clean, mine is set to 2600 but my pumps max speed is 3450 so would like to bump it up to help with vacuuming

just bought the 950VS today and got it professionally installed and am not able to run at lower than 2800rpm without the handle selector for the filter leaking water where it runs (not only drips.) At about 2800 rpm this seems to rectify but I can't say for sure yet as it has gotten too dark to tell. There seems to not be enough pressure at the lower speeds which are the ones supposed to save on energy costs. Replaced a 2.5hp 10.5 amp superpump with this overkill equipment and am not happy. Any input before I tell the pool guy to take it out and send it back?

How do you turn off pump while programming timers? The timer is on in your demo, but I dont want the pump priming etc while I set the timers.

the programming directions with the pump suck you need to take a class on getting it programmed

can anyone tell me how to convert the chart they show with pipe size/gpm to max allowed speed? I have 1 1/2 pipe and am not supposed to go above 45 gpm

Hello, I just installed my VS3200 pump (today 01/18/16) and upon start-up everything went perfectly. I did a quick run-test and the pump came on and was able to program everything. I called it a day and turned off the breaker to the pump as I did not want accidental runtime without me being there to verify all water connections for leaks. Today, 01/19/16 i turned on th breaker and the display showed a "drive communication error". I turned off the breaker again and verified that the display board was properly seated on both sides of the harness (on the drive and on the display), it was. I screwed everything back together and turned on the breaker, no problems. Ran the pump and spotted a couple of leaks i needed to fix. So I stopped the pump via the button. Turned off the breaker, fixed my leaks, turned on the breaker and same "Drive Comm error" came back. I rechecked everything again and tried it again and it worked. Is this normal? What should be the behavior of this pump upon power disconnection/restore? Is there a shutdown procedure that I am not following resulting in this error or do I need to be concerned that something is not working correctly? the 220v power side is fine as it was verified and installed by an electrician.
