Lovely Machine, same thing happened to me, I had to do a total rebuild of my 69 Daytona last August, the previous owner said he had fully restored the engine, that was a laugh, he fully bodged it, the motor needed just about everything after only 1500 miles from last owners so call rebuild 😱 all good now 🤞no oil leaks, nearly run in now just sort of a 1000 miles, will look out for you on my travels. I’m from Wakefield, have two mates from Barnsley area, we get to squires and revs n relics now and gain. Cheers Martin ⚙️🔩🔧🏍👍

Cracking looking T140, nicely done! I have recently acquired a 76 T140V, rounded side panels, classic early 60’s silencers. I’m in the process of sorting previous bodged jobs, driving me nuts but getting there!

Hi, could you list the details of the speedo and oil pressure gauge, then we can all have them 😊

Oil pressure gauge was fitted when I bought the bike but I will try and identify both and share details with.

Hi, the speedo is a KOSO supplied by www.digital-speedos.co.uk . Not sure of the oil pressure gauge as it was on the bike when I bought it and I can’t find a makers name on it?

Hi just watched your video and I noticed that your front wheel spindle caps appear to be broken in half. Very common fault and very dangerous as well. Great video and great bike. Check out the old biker video we’re he changed his caps. Hope this helps Regards Steve
