Bless the lady with the tumor history & headache. She twirls her hair, and I think it's to settle anxiety? Wishing the very best for her.

That is most definitely a "self soothing" behavior in those with anxiety or PTSD. It's one of my tells that I am having high anxiety. I have actually caused bald spots. I have a service dog now that will pick up on these ticks that I have and she stops me from doing them. (I pick my skin, bite my cheeks, and consistently move my legs as well).

As someone who deals with a very similar medical condition. Although brain tumors can be benign, they still cause a severe amount of pain and damage to the brain and surrounding areas. It's a scary feeling to know that there is something growing in your brain that shouldn't be there. It adds to the anxiety of never knowing when the symptoms may reoccur.

Two heroes. Inspiring in these times. Wayne ( and, his mother, of course) for having the b*lls for admitting his past "mistakes" and moving on. That deserves serious respect. Sarah for not giving up and being so positive in the face of everything. Both are inspirational individuals.

Thank you!! I'm absolutely addicted to this show!! A lot of emergency shows leave out too much, like the ends of all the stories. I love that this show gives us closure ❤

Sarah's parents are SO loving and SO scared for her! I am deeply touched by their connection. I don't have that with my parents, although they have finally come to understand my chronic health situation and are more accepting of my limitations. It's been a very long & painful road for my family and me. I am so happy for Sarah that she was brave and strong enough to have a child. That was my dream; I chose against it when I understood my health was not going to allow me the capacity to provide proper parenting. Now that I am older-ALLLLLL hail to parents, and deepest respect for chronic condition survivors. We are WARRIORS! ❤❤❤

Jen is my favorite also. She's so smart and caring and down to earth. And just adorable in how much she loves the elderly...like me. I was an RN that specialized in geriatrics and rehabilitation nursing. I loved my elders soooo much and I miss loving on them. Now I am one, and it's that loneliness and the loss of family and friends that so changes you as you age. And Jen saying in one episode said she wanted sometimes to just cuddle them and maybe adopt a granny. I wish she was my daughter.

I empathize so much for Sarah. I also have a benign pituitary tumor. Mine is also reoccurring. They say its only about a 15% chance of roccurance. I was 26 when I was first diagnosed because i also had headaches that wouldnt go away. It also began to affect my vision. Ive had one operation but i am also constantly worried as Sarah is that the reoccurance will continue to prevent me from having children one day. Im glad she got her little bundle of joy. She gives me hope. ❤

I'm rather intrighued by Sarah. My mother has a pituitary tumour as well (a prolactinoma), but removing it has never even been a possibility, we have always known it's not operable and she is on medication.
