There is a digital rev counter on this bike. If you hit the "i" button it will change the fuel mileage to RPMs and you can cycle through several other options such as Time, Fuel Range, etc.

They didn't... Street Twin has been renamed as Speed Twin 900.... Speed Twin has been renamed as Speed Twin 1200 which is the bike that has the dual ones...

Can it handle stress free 70-75 mph highway ride for an hour or so? Vibrations etc

Yep, no problem at that speed. Felt no nasty vibrations and the revs weren't that high up.
