I think the BBC is telling us porkies as it reports Europe is "boiling", wow and I thought the Mersey Tunnel was the dog's thingy's. Very nice hotel and view, really great travelling "light "without camping gear, ride safe and no wheelies !

They always do 😂😂 weird weather atm the week before I was there in Middle europe was 40c then when I went 14c until I reached the Italian coast. Went from 14c to 31c in a days ride. The Mersey tunnel has nothing on the Italian tunnels, there are so many of them. Yes was nice to travel light and nice hotels 👍 my last day I rode 15 hrs from Grenoble France to home 850 miles, testament to how comfy the tiger is 😂👍

Lucca is nice i stayed near pisa in 2017 during the week i visited lucca a few times as well as mugello for the motogp

Ohhh to be retired. Here I am dragging my daughter's belongings out th ehouse to her new condo and off to university !!! I keep telling them i am watching my Porsche down payment going out the bank account.... Safe travels Nick !!!!

Yep I feel your pain we had two massive thunderstorms and 33 degrees one day and 12 the next weather was a lot better last year . I have them tyres on my multistrada and they last well and are good in all weathers☔

Was mad weather Terry 😬 yes the tyres have done 3,000 miles in 2 weeks and still look like new, i did a lot of motorways and expected some flat spot, however i found the twisties and they are round all over. Great sticky and even in the downpours i had very nice.

Wow you rode some miles that first day! Shame about the weather. We kind of cheated on our Alps tour, we put the MT10 & Street Triple in my van for the 570 mile first day across France. We then toured from our base in Borg st Maurice. The Tiger certainly looks a decent mile muncher

Hi 👋 yes it’s a slog on the first day for sure to get to the good stuff. Wanted to get first day and last days out of the way on motorways. Actually rode from Grenoble to Lancashire home on last day only fuel stops and a sandwich that was 850 miles over 15 hours 6am to 9pm home. Tiger so comfy 👍

hello nick, nice trip but I wanted to ask you are the new tires suitable for rally pro because I too am waiting for the first days of September to replace the karoo streets with those. thanks and good way. Welcome in Italy.✌

Hi Riccardo, yes the Pirelli Scorpion Trail 2, nice tyres, lots of grip dry and wet. The karoo stock tyres not the best and too much noise on the road. The Pirelli tyres no noise 👍 loved my time in Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Totally jealous..enjoy the tour. As a fellow tiger owner have you or your viewers ever had the back break suddenly fail with no tension, to fully working again after a few miles? Is this a known Tiger issue.

I have a 1250 gsa so very capable and comfy but those distances would be too much for me whats you average mpg

On this trip I think I was getting average 52mpg
