Love that Triumph Trident (tbh love the Scrambler too!). I’m also glad you compared Trident with Scrambler rather than against the MT07 which all the other channels/magazines have done.

Showed a picture of the matt black with the white union jack triumph logo on the tank to an English mate, he must have felt all patriotic as he went straight in and put a down payment on one. Nice looking bike, and great channel, keep up the good work. Subscribed from NZ

It’s nice to see someone riding on a normal road with potholes, puddles and gravel for a change. I am a bit over the innumerable bike launch videos on racetracks or the Canary Islands.

I like them both too, but went for the duc because of the capability to do some light off road stuff and more options/easy for customization ... I think rarefied had some issues with elecronics and thats why he is kind of pissed on his duc , i am right?? I hope for new models they fixed that (crossing my fingers)... I havent been able to ride as much as i want because of Fxxx covid (many restrictions here in chile) but im loving it... either way you can go wrong with any of them...

What gloves are you rocking in this one? Love that quilted look. I know what you mean about the Scrambler. I own a 2011 Monster 696 it's completely analog, air cooled, no traction no abs and it's a completely different machine experience. Even then my 2020 Street Twin.

I like the sound of the flexibility of the Trident engine. Triples are brilliant. My trike is a triple. Are you regretting buying the Ducati , Tim? Good review.

Not regretting so much as slightly disappointed. Take it on the right road on the right day though and it's a blast. But If someone was looking at the 2 of these as an option I'd point them in the direction of the Triumph.

How's the suspension compared to your old Guzzi v7? Thinking of getting the trident for a more plush ride

The suspension is better for sure but it's still pretty basic. Firmer than the V7 but not as sporty as something like a Street Triple

What do you think of the back end of the trident? I absolutely love the front but can't get on with the back at all. The seats too stubby and bland and I hate swingarm mounted plate/indicator units...

I quite like it actually, not sure about the side mounted plate but other then that it looks alright
