Taking a look at this special alarm clock. With the so called Trivox system to wake you up less harsh.

Hey there :) just got mine yesterday 😎 Hoped to see how to open it / remove the back part 😢 but I'm very glad to see all the beauty just before opening it by myself ;-)

Just to add my clock has a single click then a single ring then a full ringing alarm

Yep thats a trivox to. If it only does two different kinds of rings it's a bivox although thats pure technical somethimes they didn't bother to put the right label on the dial.

hi. I have the same one and during the first few rings, I can't stop the alarm, only when it wakes up at the end. In the first few rings, have you tried using the button to stop the alarm?

Well I already know the answer without trying. Because of the way to stop works is it's held in place by the force of the spring hence why the stop resets if you rewind so during those first rings it will never work because the force is intermittent.

This alarm clock does not have progressive alarm system. Prograssive alarm system gradually increases speed of the alarm.That starts at a very slow speed then it gradually increases speed .

👋🏻please tell me if you know. In this alarm clock, the luminous coating of the numbers and hands is made of the chemical element radium? or is it not radium

Well one of the checks you can do is to place it in a pitch black environment for a few hours. Check without showing it to the light and if it no longer glows it is luminosa. But if it still glows chances are it is either tritium or radium. Tritium only last for 20 years so if it are old alarm clocks unless it was redone at some part in the live of the alarm clock(and yes redoing it was a thing) it probably is radium. Those are just checks if you want to make sure get a Geiger counter or go to someone who has one.

@@Mr-Wonderfull Thank you! wasn't there radium in your alarm clock? was it sold without radium and tritium? As far as I know, Junghans trivox silentic watches without radium began to be sold after 1960

Mine definitely not has radium on it.
