the donor epithelial tissue is differentiating into epithelial tissue only in early gastrula stage. It is not changing it's fate due to host neural region. And in late gastrula stage, the donor prospective epidermal region is changing it's fate with the host prospective neural region, that's why it is following the conditional specification.....
