You have just scratched the surface of 2NE1. They RAP, they Bop, do Club, Reggae, "I Don't Care" as a rock version, ballads, some were they just sing. Also I always read their lyrics because they put meaning in many of their songs. Thank you for your reaction.

You will hear them called 21 more than 2 anyone. Their fan base is called the BLACKJACKS as in the card game 21. Now you know the legacy of BLACKPINK and what they had to live up to. So if you remember in the LAST EVALUATION the first 4 eps were three BLACKPINK missions and the last ep was the 2NE1 mission. BABYMONSTER basically had to prove that they carry the YG DNA. I would like to see all the groups in one concert.i think that would be the most amazing concert

Welcome to 2ne1, the 2nd Gen. QUEENS Of Kpop, they broke barriers and true Icons, Idols of Idols, and big sisters to Blackpink.. (its pronounced both ways and have multiple meanings) I highly suggest UGLY, COME BACK HOME and LONELY Next but you really can't go wrong with 2ne1...2ne1, Shinee, FX and Girls Generation got me into kpop and I NEVER looked back

This song got me interested in kpop. 2ne1 has a lot of great fun songs , they also have some amazing ballads with killer live performances. I would suggest Hurt If i were you ( live sketchbook ) Missing you Cant go wrong with any of them .

I wish I could say this was my first. I stumbled upon GEE totally by accident. Then I was seduced by Bubblepip which there's no shame in I would still simp for Hyuna in that video today. But then I saw this video and I dropped all other music for awhile and was obsessed with kpip for awhile. Obviously 2NE1 was my favorite. This song and video hold up to this day and always will.

I’ve never heard them other than the babymonster dance. I’ve said before I’m as old as you. I feel dumb saying it. But they had swag before swag was a word. YG definitely has the formula down.

I don't know about the shirt and Misfits reference, but they were smashing their records in reference to constantly beating their own records they set. This song was used in a US Microsoft ad. They have a lot of great MVs and songs, but their lives are insane. I recommend, besides the 2015 MAMA awards that CL was in and secretly invited the rest if the group to perform in, I Don't Care live rock version. They don't have a Killing Voice, as they disbanded before that started, but CL does and I do recommend that. You can say twenty-one or to anyone; they use both as well. Originally they were going to be called 21, but that was taken, so 2NE1 was crafted. 21st century New Evolution, I think, plus their music is to anyone.

Was up late a year or so ago watching live Cochella?! CL was performing, 2NE1 has not performed together in years. All of a sudden this song played and each member came on stage behind fog or something. When it cleared, the audience saw them together, they went wild, the net went wild. So fun. You will probably like Tie A Cherry m/v by CL. Love Park Bom's voice, she competed on a Queendom episode singing an Idle song, what a great artist. Love Bom's tone.

The opening to this is the ringtone on my phone. I love the looks of people when it goes off. If you go down this rabbit hole of 2NE1 listen to the advice of the BlackJacks. They are the best guides to lead you down this path. For me, my personal favorite song is Clap Your Hands. But my favorite video is Hate You. I'm going to subscribe to your channel in hopes that you do more 2NE1. Then hopefully you check out their solo works too.

2NE1, the og queens of kpop. Every group looks up to them. Every female rapper aspires to be as good as CL. Without throwing shade, everything Blackpink has done 2NE1 did it first. 2NE1 paved the way for all who came after them. Some of Blackpink's songs were originally 2NE1's songs.

You should definitely check out Uhm Jung Hwa. She had two hits in 1998 (!), Poison and Invitation, that every Korean knows but few outside the country have ever heard. She was part of a temporary group a few years ago at the age of FIFTY with three other badass women, Lee Hyori (40), Jessi (30), and Hwasa (25), called Refund Sisters. The song is called Don't Touch Me, and it slaps. 2NE1 broke up because of an unfounded rumor that Park Bom had been caught with cocaine. The company fired her, found out that they were wrong, but by then the damage had been done. 2NE1 finally reunited at Coachella a couple years ago, of all places, but credit to the American fans, they knew who they were and went f'ing nuts.

Nothing 2NE1 did was totally random. They had the most meticulous team back then, almost always spending hundreds and thousands of US$ just on outfits alone. Yes, that was a MISFITS shirt Bom was wearing. And I'm pretty sure JEREMY SCOTT's (of Adidas and Moschino) design was inspired by Danzig. Too bad you didn't recognize the double reference about "breaking/smashing records" and "not caring" about them at the same time.
