4 жыл бұрынSo I recently got my Golf R straight piped and it's safe to say that it's pretty loud. I have to add however, the camera does the sound of the exhaust no justice. The sheer volume, along with the low end burbles and aggression, simply cannot be picked up by a camera mic.

Sounds terrible... No note, all noise. Even making kids on the sidewalk cry. Just no consideration for others... Would've been a different story if it were outside town, or in the countryside, but this is just being a selfish douche in city traffic. 😔

Loudest I’ve ever heard was my cousins SR Nova many years ago. I’ve honestly heard nothing close to it with loudness to this day with other motors! Car shows he had everyone around his motor wanting him to rev it up as it put others to shame. 😅 God knows what system he had on it? But the thing was ridiculously loud! 🤯🤣

That's a nice exhaust tone but too loud to drive much. Also very illegal to do a decat as it'll fail an MOT and it's also illegal due to volume. Shame the UK is so strict about car mods

Yh this one's a bit over the top, but you can get a dodgy MOT done over the phone if it doesn't pass emissions test.

@@DILLY_DING Dodgy and illegal are not the same thing 😂 You can't do any MOT over the phone unless it's illegal. Dodgy is one thing but that's pretty bad. MOTs are a legal requirement for a reason. That one is a bit over the top but it is a real shame the UK is so sensitive about the car community

Got mine done from a company called The Tuner but I wouldn't recommend them if I'm being totally honest as they contributed to damaging my engine a while back. There's another exhaust company I know that are great called RJ Performance Custom Exhausts...they did two of my Abarth's.

If you want it to sound decent, upgrade the exhaust manifold. If you're really dedicated, Upgrade everything on your engine and I mean everything. And straight piped it
