Well, I've got good news, Tron Uprising is on Disney+. I actually re-watched the whole show a few weeks ago, actually... ...and that damn cliffhanger still gets me.

We can have it finished but without the mighty tron actor the show will fall.

I agree I believe if Disney make a tron 3 it.should continue on after legacy and the story could be clus army is trying 2 continue after his death and they could have Dyson*- first references 2 the TV show* the new leader and tron his trying 2 keep order in the city (I cant remember if they say what city tron legacy takes place in but let's say its argon if it's not never mind)* if it takes place in argon city another reason to watch the show so people can figure out what Argon is* tron could be going throw the city and restarting tron lives and having a "uprising" but it starts faster since its tron openly starting continuing tron lives * another 2 references to the series which will further more bring in more viewers* he has a couple battles here and there but eventually he bumps into a program in all white tron suit with the T crossed out that program ends up being beck * 1 of the biggest references 2 the show having 1 of if not the main character of the show that would bring in a tone of new viewers to the TV series* they would be at odds because we see the state that becks in as it is almost similar 2 how tron was in the show but beck c that tron is tron again and trust him and they make jokes on how the tables have turned seeing that tron is now helping beck * reference to the show again* and they could go fight Dyson but he escapes and it could be like a the dark knight returns type thing with tron becoming a leader to the :rebels or members of the uprising/tron lives movement" and they could leave it on a cliff hanger with Dyson trying bring back that guy who killed aable ( I cant remember his name) * but then that's another reference to the TV show* There are 7 or so references they could add some more about other characters and events that happened in the show but with all these references it would bring in new viewers and popularity all over from memes to theories 2 hidden references all over the internet from KZfaq- Instagram which would make Disney get demands to bring back the show either 2 there channels on TV or to Disney plus or even Netflix they would bring it back 4 sure If this all goes they way I said above with a fue difference here and there the wait tho would be quite long though because it would take minimum st least 2-3 mabye even 4 years but it will all be worth it in the end #tronlives #goodnewsimgoing2comeback#badnewsimnotbackyet

@@666DementedDerek trust me there are a butt load of questions and closures that needed to be met. No movies, on seasons in the Tron series. Movies are just like seasons but short and less questions answered, leaving more questions to be answered too. They need to make at least 2 more seasons so they can answer all these questions and ended the series with a scene where clu sets a trap so someone in the real world can come in the grid and draw out Flynn from hiding.

@@666DementedDerek if anything, this is starting to feel like the incredibles movies. Thy made the first movie but then waited 14 years later to make a second movie that still revolves around the characters. This is exactly what I feel like they are still doing but to the Tron series.

Not sure On any research I did I even speculated this was a deleted scene from the pilot Or flashback being the first renagaid that went Rouge and Tessler getting new hands But no one can identify that worked on the project So I take it as punishment from season 2 Sadly Disney has little faith in tron uprising They sabotaged the airing so it would be pulled and even Disney + doesn't have the pilot I would be most satisfied with just a Disney + 2nd season movie that closes all the lose ends Because we know Tron gets reprogrammed We know Clu comes in and takes over the full grid We know Dyson gets derezzzed But we never know what happens to the other characters

Demented Derek Your theory about this scene referring to the Cyrus version of the Renegade is super interesting, it would certainly explain a lot of things about Tesler's character (such as why he always appears to not have actual hands and why he seems extra afraid of CLU throughout the series). However, imo something about this scene definitely proves that Tesler is referring to Beck rather than Cyrus. At 0:03 Tesler says "There's a terrorist loose in Argon, a renegade, and I bare the blame". If you look back to the very first episode of the show (as well as the intro for the second episode), it's made clear that before Tesler began his occupation, Argon had been untouched by CLU's forces. Therefore, because Tesler is talking about a renegade that is loose in Argon, he has to be referring to Beck (which in turn means this scene is set in the present rather than as a flashback). Of course as you also said in your earlier comment, the general tone of the scene also makes it appear to be set in the present. Thanks for the upload!

I don't think this is a flashback during Cyrus' reign as the renegade. On this clip, Tesler said that there's a terrorist in Argon. Tesler just claimed Argon in the events of the pilot episode. Before the pilot, the city of Argon is peaceful. No occupation or any presence of CLU. It is even mentioned by Beck that before the occupation came everything was fine.

First I did research on Tron uprising and It was said that when the series first came out their was a unfinished scene animated and story boarded show on the web ... Was taken down So much digging and blogs I found it on an old password protected website

Season 2 is indefinitely on hiatus. No new developments are being made as of now. THOUGH one of the showrunners/story peeps is alsp working in the crew of Tron Ares so keep an eye out for that.
