Not really, the COP Murdered this guy.. Watch the video, get real. Moriarty is full of BS on the Race thing, are u aware this stop went on for 45 minutes ?? Who wants their door ripped open, cops say get out but can’t say you’re under arrest?? Who wants to get yanked out of your car, cops refuse to state a reason!! So let’s just lie about “reaching for a gun” .. kid had his hands visible the whole time and kill the kid, then say we were dragged by the car when in reality the cops hung on to the car. These cops are trash killers, I’d never want my kids or mom to get pulled over by this psycho.

BS! The cops should always have to tell people what and why they pulled over people and what they’re being charged with before they try and get them out of their vehicle,cops lies every damn day about smelling weed and smelling alcohol to try and justify their evil behavior, but when citizens get their charges dropped even when there’s clear evidence of wrongdoing, they’re always claiming that they were trained to do what they did just like in the case of Philando Castile

He’s a stooge for killer cops who never give a schitt about an oath.. The “Felony order of protection” expired that night, the gun was way in the back and posed no danger to these cops, thus a lie, the stop went on for 45 minutes and Cobb just waited.. Ricky Cobbs instagram showed guns.. lol.. safety glasses and ear muffs too.. This boot licking lawyer DID do a good job getting a killer cop out of a murder.

Not a Minnesotan (-ite? -ian?), but as of right now, yeah, that's the path forward for those who want good cops protected and bad cops charged. There is an.... energy right now on the, for lack of a better word, "right" side of the aisle that could be properly harnessed by those who want the cops to be better in general and those who want law and order to be restored. The fact that the good get charged while the guilty get set free is a HUGE problem, the left seems content to accelerate this issue, and if we want to stop it, there's a whole army of people ready to listen.

So far there's mostly comments against this lawyer and for the guy who died. This is the first time I've heard about this story. @nargly8208
@nargly8208 Ай бұрын
@@eRyanator I'm sure I can be hypocritical at times. I find you a little confusing. I wouldn't say a blanket statement such as 'the government should not charge their people but always charge us and make us settle it in court'. I'm all for charging people in the government if they should be charged. My point is that, the place we are at in time is a place where- if you defy police orders and try to fight or run from them- there is almost a guarantee that 1. You will not win 2. It will make things worse for you 3. You are giving their side credibility and hurting your argument. How many times do we have to see someone proclaim they didn't do anything and resist until it leads to a fatal ending before realizing that it's not working. If you didn't do anything, do what the cops say and they will have to let you go or be in trouble for violating your rights by unlawfully detaining or arresting you. If you did do something wrong and you're gonna get in trouble by following the cops orders, accept it. The punishment is better than being dead in the next 5 minutes isn't it? It at least gives you the chance to make sure the cops did everything legally to catch you and if they mess up you could get away with it. If they got you dead to rights, fight them to the death after you hear your sentence if that's what you'd rather do.
@eRyanator
@eRyanator Ай бұрын
@@nargly8208 what are you talking about? go look at these settlements/jury verdicts of these police shooting lawsuits. The prosecutor will make a determination it was justified but when it goes to the civil side and 12 nonbiased jury members say it wasn't. If it was so "justified" how are these cops losing qualified immunity in these lawsuits for violating peoples rights. I know its hard to accept but everyone has a right to live, regardless of their criminal record. Cops are not judge/jury/executioner. Their job is to bring them in and let a judge/jury decide.

weird how they always say these killings are justified when they investigate themselves. But when it goes in front of a jury on the civil side they majority lose. If it was so justified why not let a jury decide? Why let the government decide? Of course they are going to pick the government employee side.
@nargly8208

If it was justified why would a jury decide? They are supposed to bring a case to a jury when they think they can prove a crime was committed. Are you advocating that any allegation is taken to trail?

@@nargly8208 what are you talking about? Prosecutors load people up all the time with charges just to see what will stick whether they choose judge/jury.

@@eRyanator I agree people are often overcharged. I think prosecutors do that based on what the cops say. Sometimes police listing as many crimes as they think have a chance in court. But once the evidence is gone through, prosecutors should dismiss charges that aren't relevant. And I'm not sure they even do that ethically. I imagine it's a good leveraging tool to use when making an offer not to go to trail. However, I think if you ask to provide evidence and they can't even get close to making an argument for the charge, you could file a motion to have that charge dismissed. But I have no idea. I've seen court hearings where there was no evidence or the prosecution knew the evidence was false and it didn't end well for them.

@@nargly8208 thank you for proving my point. Yes it not ethical and yes its a leverage tool. Now as I said why doesnt it happen to the police? Why not charge him and see what a jury thinks? Why not load him up with charges and see what happens? Weird how being unethical only happens to nongov people. While nongov people like yourself bow to your master and defend their actions.

Did you not listen to what information the officers had when they pulled dude over. This was not merely a traffic stop, they were dealing with a person with a felony warrant. Now, how do you justify your ignorant statement?

I never heard him say "sir, you're under arrest for...." he was menacing him, not asking him politely, to get out the car and was trying to get entrance to the car and get the keys. then he mumbled. this is a lawful arrest. no reason. This self righteous and outraged lawyer needs to stop instigating white rage and attacking the prosecutor as a tactic. The cop wasn't hurt but he killed a man for no reason other than revenge. Scapegoating the county attorney is a flagrant violation of this guy's ethical duty to the law and he should be disbarred. stop your bitching about this guy's rights when he murdered the man to catch a case.

So with this lawyers logic, shooting the driver of a car that is running and in gear, makes everyone safer. As it was, the car sped away ANYWAY, isn’t that what the 2 shots was supposed to prevent from happening?
