Definitely, but back in the 60s the drill was so much better (stricter, and better rifle)

You sure this is 1964? I believe there was only 7 guards on parade, but at 07:16 I can hear the captain of number 8 guard calling them to an eyes front. Also, I believe it was the Coldstream guards leading the parade and the Irish guards weren't on parade.

The only year I can possibly think it could be where all 5 guards were on parade was 1953. It was led by the Grenadier Guards. The only issue i have is that in the music it goes Irish Guards, then Welsh Guards. However in the program for that year it has the two regiments the other way around. Oh well.

This was music from the 1963 parade , the Coldstream guards trooped the colour in 1964 . The end of parade march off tune for 1964 was "Marching sergeants" where as on this recording it was "Royal Birthday" . As this was not a live recording of the parade I think they might have fiddled around with the parch past tunes to represent all of the regiments .

How come it's not live? The 1929 trooping the colour was black and white but live.
