The United Cup 2024 Finals Presentation Ceremony for Team Poland and Team Germany.

The United Cup returns for a second year as the best ATP Tour and Hologic WTA Tour players in an 18-country teams' event play over 10 days across two Australian cities: Perth and Sydney. The tournament, which carries 15 million Australian dollars prize money, as well as rankings points, will run from December 29 2023 to January 7 2024.

I am so surprised that literally NO ONE mentioned or thanked Laura Siegemund. Team Germany wouldn't have made it if it was any other doubles player lineup in the semis against Aussie. Of course people value the Singles more than the doubles but that's the decider. At least acknowledge that. Genuinely felt bad for her. She was smiling to widely the whole time, i think hoping someone mentions her.

Both teams were phenomenal throughout this week and beccause of wonderful people that create them - both teams have a special place in my heart ❤ So even though I am Polish, I knew that I would be happy today, no matter who wins - and I am! To be fair with Angie, it was her 1st tournament after giving birth so forgive if she did not mention each of player’s name from their team. She and Sasha thanked the whole team anyway. Everyone has a task to complete and they did it professionally but with a heart. Kudos to Laura she i think she gained respect and fans coming from the issue with Coco in the USO. Laura is the dark horse of team Germany ❤❤❤

I was there rooting for Poland after Australia got knocked out by Germany. To be honest, Hubert lost it for Poland, made way too many errors and not enough first serves

Why in the world they gave Iga the most valuable player award when she didn’t face a top 10 player the whole tournament?! Zverev should have won that nomination as he beat two top 10 players and won all crucial doubles matches!

Iga won all her single matches, Zverev didn't. Iga served some aces with Zverev on recieve. Also she was playing with him as equal. Iga was the clue player for the whole Poland, she literally pulled everyone forward - especially mentally. All could see that. She is amazing❤

Zverev lost 2 matches - one single vs de Minaur and one mixed vs France. Iga lost only the last match she played (mixed).

Bla bla bla. Na turnieju mieli najwyższy ranking, byli rozstawieni z jedynką. Niemcy grali swój półfinał do drugiej rano dnia finału, nie wspominając, o której mogli pójść spać. Mimo to Polacy nie potrafili tego wykorzystać, zwłaszcza Hurkacz, który przegrał w singlu z zajechanym Zverevem, a w deblu próbował nadrobić to i sam chciał wygrać niektóre piłki z nieprzygotowanej pozycji, uderzając na aut albo w siatę. Nie było widać, żeby trenerzy dawali graczom jakieś cenne konkretne wskazówki, poza niewiele znaczącym zagrzewaniem, klaskaniem, wyciąganiem zaciśniętych pięści. Poza przyzwoitym meczem Świątek przeciwko Kerber słaby ten finał.

Sorry, bad decision. I really think that Szerev should be the best not Iga. I think everyone has to be recognised. It should be by group not by individual. Also, during the presentation all players representing their country should attend too and get a medal

It was based on stats over the 10 day tournament. Iga won every match except the last doubles match against Germany which was more to do with Hubert having a bad performance. Zverev lost to De Minaur and another match from memory. Iga was also returning Zverev's serves and winning points against him. She earned it!
