@@nickytommymancinelli8066no one is saying cat 2 lol. It will be a tropical storm until it reaches the coast, where if will be a Cat 1 for a short period of time. Houston will mostly only see tropical storm force winds and flooding. It will be Cat 1 far south of Houston in the Matagorda Bay area.
