I don't see any of that on radar at all with Ventusky. Beryl as they are calling it has winds of 36 mph currently and nothing like the images shown here.

What they're showing at the beginning is a different view of the clouds, not a doppler radar image. What they showed is closely resembling the aviation cloud map in my weather app. Also, my weather app shows Beryl as having 65 mph wind speed, with 23 mph ground speed.

Here in Florida they said for people to go towards Orlando to be safe .I went north as the hurricane hit south of Tampa and went towards Orlando. They said it was also going to come right over where I live ... it wasn't even close. They have absolutely no clue.
