Hi I really like this video because it is exactly what i am so stressed out about and no idea how to make sure that i am heard. My concern is that there are genuine factual incorrectness in the court investigators report! This has been on my mind so heavily!! The report to the judge will most definitely, be considered!! The investigator clearly did not make a dilligent effort to fact check before submitting his report!! I dont have an attorney, and im afraid that just like every other hearing I'm not even allowed to speak! And the fact that i will be telling the judge that the investigator that they rely on to find the facts is not doing their job! This is such a huge burden for me to overcome as if i dont already have enough to worry about now i have to get proof that the facts are incorrect..? Its crazy to me how this type of thing can be allowed to happen.
