If Bob stops working and displays the number 10 on his screen, there are some ways to resolve this from home.
bObsweep Pethair shows Trouble NR or Trouble Number 10 on his screen when there’s a power issue. bObsweep Standard shows Error 10 for the same issue.
On either Bob model, there are two possible causes.
The battery connection may be loose. Turn Bob’s side power switch OFF and flip him over onto a flat surface.
Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws holding the battery cover on Bob. Then check for a loose connection. If so, plug the battery into Bob correctly. Then replace the battery cover and screws.
If the power trouble persists, plug Bob’s power adapter directly into his side and allow him to charge for at least 8 hours
If the battery is completely drained, Bob may still display the trouble or error number 10 as he charges.
After 8 hours of charging, unplug Bob. When you switch his power on he should no longer show the error or trouble number on his screen.
If the issue persists after manually charging and checking the battery connection, contact customer support by phone or email.
