Trouble Shooting | How to Print Stickers with Munbyn Label Printer

Here are a few tips for trouble shooting printing errors while using the Munbyn label printer:
1. Document Size: Double check to make sure that the document size is the same size as the sticker.
2. Printer Settings: Ensure that the paper size is correct. Remove any margins if your image is cut off.
3. Sticker Alignment: use the guidelines on the label printer to align the sticker roll.

omg I hope watching your video save me numerous headaches. I just got this printer I did the calibration and every time I would do a circle label it was not lining up. I just saw that you centered it on the machine and I’m thinking OMG I have not done that. I have not centered it to line up like yours so I’m gonna reset everything delete the drivers and do it from scratch and then I hope that’s all it is lol thank you for sharing this

Good video. On your first attempt to print (when image was a little larger than expected) all you needed to do was click the "Scale to Fit" in the print menu which would have scaled down (or up) the image to automatically fit on your defined page.

Looks great! Thanks for sharing your experience. Have you tried printing the 2” circle sticker via Bluetooth and your mobile (cell phone)? I understand that you cannot use your PC, Mac or laptop with Bluetooth (confirmed with Munbyn) 🤦🏻‍♂️

I'd say it would depend on the product/design of the label. You can only print in black ink.

One question, so I know you centered the stickers left and right when you installed them into the printer, but how does the printer know that's it's aligned at the top and bottom? Thanks!

To resize you have to go to the tan next to the file tab that says CanvaPro and it will have an option to resize!!

My canva creations keep coming out very light and I cannot figure out how to darken it. Not sure if it's the PDF download itself or a setting. I've adjusted the density and made the color darker but it still comes out really faded. Ugh!

Do you know how the speed works? So the darkness on the label is less? I tried changing the color on Canva and even tried the transparency on my logo but somehow it keeps coming out very dark or too light and not centered :/

Why won't my Munbyn print more than one sticker at once? It prints one sticker and then shoots out about a foot long of unprinted stickers. I'm going insane :( please help

Had this issue yesterday. A sticker was stuck underneath when you lift. When I removed it it started printing multiple times
