I dealt with that limit switch issue .kash maine ye video usi vkt dekh li hoti solution fast milta.please make more videos of troubleshooting.....plz give remedies of Higher CRM,CB tripping time higher side remedies

Thanks bro. For higher CRM we can do Pole overhauling. Higher tripping time we can replace Tripping coil, which may be weak and Breaker overhauling can also improve tripping time.

If we measure voltage between k1 and k21 voltage will not be zero , it will be half of the total voltage

It may be a Mechanical Problem. Cut of the DC (By switchig off the DC MCB) and then try to charge the Spings and see if the Breaker Closes.

DC Off karke Breaker Close ho raha hai matlab pakka Mechanical problem hai. Spring charge honepar, Closing ka plunger ko kuch lag raha hai kya? Apne Fb Group pe ye problem post karo, koi batadega solution nitinn.link/elecfbgrpeffbpg
