Thanks Atlas Levy! I have a Juki LU 562 . The presser foot was not hitting the needle plate correctly. I used this video to identify the problem. I adjusted the knee lever “umbrella” piece until the lever had a little play in it. Now has no room under the foot and it’s working great!

My knee lift is not moving the presser foot at all but the umbrella moves when I use the knee lift

Can you help we have cylinder bed 335 and I need troubleshooting guide on foot tension set up. Wheel binds when outside foot is engaged but clear when we lock in up position? Is their a video or website I can visit?
