Whichever the party promises the people about their freebies n other previleges..they should be responsible for affording them to the people at any cist without ignoring the exisisting previleges of other sections of people n also the developmental activities..They should reveal them at the elections time how those parties can fulfill them not diverting the funds of other sectors n how but tell the people how they procure funds for the purposes.For this the central govt must make laws on those parties which fails in this vows those party members must be dis qualified.Otherwise this kind of deceit may be continued routinely.
