I wonder how weird it is for Gerard to watch someone else perform the song he’s usually performing, and instead of dancing around the whole stage he’s just standing there looking at Troy.

There was a podcast where he said that it was a bit weird but that Troy was so different than his rich (and also the fact that he was already deep into Jeremy mode by that point in the musical) that he wasn’t thinking about it too much while performing

Ik this is a year later but his vocal range probably couldn't reach the note since he never goes higher than a certain note. If could have reached it he would have done it at the end especially but went lower instead.
