As a troye stan from the start, this song broke me because the line “until you give up heaven so we could be together” because of his blue neighbourhood song heaven, asking if he can still be gay and get to heaven without giving himself up, but in this song he’s found someone who is willing to give that up for him

This song makes me cry, so much. i just heard it was released and as a hopeless romantic i want my angel to keep his heaven because if he makes me feel like troye feels in this song id be lucky to even spend a second with him. he deserves it. He's pure and reminds me of the rain. I love rain but regardless i love him more. I don't have my angle yet but when i do i will give it all up in seconds. Just the fact that someone would be willing to give up heaven to be with me or even think about it makes my heart melt.
