I think Essa is not doing a good job. He is forcing witnesses to say what he wants. He is not a Prosecutor in this case. This is reconciliation. As a lawyer he should know that tense can mean intimidating.

I agree with you. Essa has been doing a very good job but with this witness, he was a bit intimidating. It seems as if the witness being a lawyer, like him, created some rivalry. Just my take.

Essa can be annoying sometimes, i mean some of these things are not worth for shouting at the witness, leave the decision to the chairman he'll determine whether he's been truthful or not...

Brother Essa is doing a very wonderful job. He dealt with very high profile cases. Let Demba just speak the truth. These people tortured parents and their families need the truth. I hope we Gambians will understand Mr Faal and let him execute his job as he is doing it...Thanks
